The Interdisciplinary Alcohol/Drug Studies Center is housed in the 文理学院 Department of Criminal Justice and Sociology.   The organizational structure of IADSC consist of:  Center Director, 项目协调员, 和项目专家.  The Center coordinates a comprehensive program that works to support appropriate norms and challenges unhealthy behaviors with regards to alcohol and other drug use.

You’re Invited to the 2024 “Love Yourself” 安全 and Health Fair Hosted by 澳门皇冠体育 Interdisciplinary Alcohol and Drug Studies Center. 

杰克逊, Mississippi – The 文理学院, Department of Sociology and Criminal Justice at 澳门皇冠体育 is thrilled to extend a warm invitation to you and your organization to attend the highly anticipated 2024 “Love Yourself” 安全 and Health Fair. Funded by the Mississippi Office of Highway 安全, the JSU Interdisciplinary Alcohol and Drug Studies Center is excited to host this exciting event on Wednesday, 2月14日, 2024, 上午11时至下午1时30分, 在特里·L·伍德德舞厅, located on the third floor of the JSU Student Center on the campus of 澳门皇冠体育.

From 12:00pm to 1:30pm, the event will culminate with a community safe driving Town Hall. According to a recent study conducted by Market Watch, Mississippi had the highest rate of car crash fatalities in the country in 2021, 是26.每10万人中2人死亡.
